A former ABWA Top Ten and national office holder, Pattie has a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She is certified in the use of DISC Behavioral assessments and is a certified speaker, coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Company.
Pattie is very passionate about The American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) where she serves as President of the American Business Women’s Foundation, a Board focused on Gender and Wage Equity.
